The Guardians of Justice was founded in 2023 with the Practice Law Office Registration Certificate Number HCR No.2728, Dated: 24 November 20123, of the Islamabad Bar Council of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in the form of a Law Office and was officially launched on 24 November 2023, based in Islamabad Capital Territory. The Guardians of Justice was solely established by a founder, Attorney at Law, Mr.  MOHSIN ALI ABBASI who is a member of the Islamabad Bar Council & Islamabad Bar Association and also a Member of High Court Bar Association Islamabad, and is also Certified to Practice at Federal Sharia Court of Pakistan, as well as recognized as Lawyer for Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The Guardians of Justice has indeed brought together numerous resourceful Attorneys at Law to expand and deliver the highest quality and customized Legal Services.

       The Guardians of Justice has so far been striving to continuously develop into a recognized Law Office in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The Guardians of Justice has, in fact, been trusted by both local and Foreign Investors and Businessmen, as well as by other Private Clients seeking Legal Assistance. The Guardians of Justice lawyers, Legal Advisers and Staff have Extensive Legal Training both locally and abroad, on the role of National and International laws.

Goals and vision

  • Assist and defend the Legitimate Interests of Clients with high efficiency and quality in all cases and at all times.
  • Improve Compliance with the Code of Professional Ethics in the Operation of Legal Services.
  • Participate in Humanitarian Activities through free sharing of Legal Knowledge, Training, Broader Dissemination of Legal Knowledge via various means, and the establishment of an Electronic Library of the Guardians of Justice (E-Library) to help promote the reading of books among Law Students and the General Public from all walks of life to raise awareness of Pakistan Legal Aspects in order to Contribute more successfully to the development of a Society Governed by the Rule of Law.
  • Collaborate with relevant public and private organizations and bodies to promote and enhance a broader understanding of the Laws in Pakistan other legal activities for the benefit of legal education.
  • Gather competent National or International Lawyers for the purpose of development or Co-Operation to develop the Legal field in Pakistan.
  • Strengthen the Legal Profession in Pakistan in accordance with the standards for delivering high quality Legal Services and Related Secondary Services, as well as to be recognized both locally and abroad within the framework of the Code of Professional Ethics.
  • Engage in Humanitarian Activities by providing free Legal Aid to the poor in the Protection of their Rights and Interests
